Journey

Green leaves like silver bright pearl

Serene Heart

Mist on the lake in the morning
Cold wind gently touch our face
Seeing lake and hill beside the road

It can not fulfill our thirst

We already know how to behave at someone
Give prayer for their happiness
Be open like space to let they walk as they please
We are alone to do this but our heart full of joy

Remember the good times or bad times
It’s seem like yesterday although a long time ago
But we know everything will disappear
Like river going to the sea
We can not reach and catch them again
It's better to see our memories as they are
They are always best in that place
When they appear in our mind
We enjoy them as if the time is moving
Past & future only be experienced in the present moment
Always grateful this present moment

We see our old picture on the wall
Longtime standing there
We have precious life
When we see the past
So many that we see actually
Life is wonderful
Sometime seeing smile of a child
Sometime seeing stranger with sad face
Now, we see nothing at all
Our mirror already broken
And we can not see our face
We don’t search happiness in the mirror
There’s no use mirror again
We have our real face
Real face that never changes
Bright & warm like in the morning sun

We try remember our promises
Before we are born into the world
When our soul in eternity
Search the meaning our life in this world
Be silent in our mouth
But keep busy to repeat
All holy words in our heart
Feel the sweetness and peace
Serene heart

Sometimes between our feeling and thought are not consistent
We reject the one and choose another one
We will fight with ourselves
Maybe it’s time for us to take a rest
We see our face on the pool of water
Reflection on the water always many faces
Cause we see on the water ripple
Image of faces always changes but water still there
Don’t think about again

Maybe we think that every thing become black
But we don’t mind when the night sky is black
As we talk to someone
We hope they listen to what we say
But they only silent
It doesn’t meant they didn’t hear
Maybe we talk not from within our heart
Or we say something that they don’t understand
Let our heart always be happy and peace
Bury our own body on the earth
Let our body touch the earth
We know when the time has come
This body will merge with the earth
And we know we are nothing
Nothing but dust
And we know our real nature

The Light #2

As I walk in the morning
I see the sun covered by fog
I praise to the sun and say:
“Your light is bright and beauty
You give the light to everything”

Sun whisper in my ear
Sun praise me too:
“My light is coming from you
My beauty is a only reflection yourself”

I reply to the sun:
“I’ve search within my self
I didn’t find the light within me
My body so weak and fragile
I am composed of blood and skin only
I see nothing but a dark substance “

Sun whisper in my ear again:
“You are everything
I am here only for you
My light is your light
You are more than you know
There’s deep secret within you
This secret place is within your heart
Surrender yourself
Try to search again
You can see The Light
This Eternal light always shine in your heart ”

I am dumbfound
I bow to the light within me
Even though I think that I am nothing
There’s hidden treasure in myself
Always show me who I am
Happiness raise within me
It bring tears of joy to my eyes
My faces soaked of tears
I put smile on my face
Grace and peace fill my heart

As I see on the outside
I see the light within
As I see within my self
I see the light on the outside
Give Light to everything
May The Light give The Light to all

The house of the heart that remains without

The Faces

Take time to remember what we have done
Heart is the best place where we stay
Why is running around to another block?
Just open our eyes and look around
Seeing our face on the pool of water
We see the full moon still there
Drops of water on green leaf
Light through the windows
Maybe somebody telling us many things
But we only hear the wind blow on the tree
A chirp of bird maybe it’s easy to understand
For the first time we understand what we hear
Gratitude with our life
Living in the present moment
Be honest with ourselves and listen

Disregard everything that hinder our heart
Don’t try to be feel important and be humble
We throw it all away useless proud
See the people around us and give smile
Maybe they ignore us but our heart always smile
Nothing is ever lose and smile still remain
Happiness bloom in our heart
So many things still waiting for our greeting
See the white floor and gray wall
Simple and easy to see
Let everything fly with their nature
We see everything from within
Have faith within ourselves
Don’t think everything but see
Just let our mind become candle our seeing

We have met so many people
Each of them have many faces
They’re change their faces moment to moment
Don’t attach for each one of them
Memory & hope will bury ourselves
It’s not important to think about
There’s great maxim in the world that we remind
Everything is impermanent
We repeat in our heart this holy words
Everything will be destroyed except His Face.

People always change like rainbow
Time changes everything
When we met our old friends
Maybe we were feel so close, but so far apart
Sometimes when we separate from them
So far apart but close at heart
Human heart is difficult to fathom
We always identify ourselves with ‘things’ that we have
We are human and always change
We think we are still the same,
Maybe someone say we are change
But we think they are changes too
What can we say now?
Just give smile in our heart

We forget what they says and let’s passing by
Everything will flow wherever they please
Like water run dry in summer and there’s no trace remain
Praise and blame from others are sick of words
Maybe right or wrong but we don’t need to argue again
Ask no more and we must avoid them
We must stop ourselves and take a rest
Always remember in our mind
"That the life of this world is but play
and amusement, pomp and mutual boasting
and multiplying....And what is the life of this world,
but goods and chattels of deception?"

See the spider web on the wall over the window
So many times we met but we don’t see it
Everything disappear before our eyes
Actually this spider web always there
Let our mind telling special story and memory
Like movie projector displaying moving pictures on the screen
All moving pictures have not essence actually
All pictures already lost on projecting screen
We just watch this empty appearance
Nothing what we know is real
Everything is changing

See the stars in the sky
So distant and so far away from us
Everything else will lost become dust
We are so small and nothing special in this universe
So small in the sand desert of time
We are nothing and life is fleeting
All the world that we are created will lost
We are standing alone like a tree on the hill
All that we know we are here to accept our destiny
We will face The Unlimited Merciful alone
And we disappear into nothingness
Everything will be destroyed except His Face

0 God, deliver us from preoccupation with worldly vanities,
and show us the nature of things ' as they really are.
Remove from our eyes veil of ignorance, and show things
as they really are. Show not to us non-existence as existent,
nor cast the veil of non-existence over the beauty of existence.
Make this phenomenal world the mirror to reflect the manifestations
of Thy beauty, not a veil to separate and repel us from Thee.
Cause these unreal phenomena of the universe to be for us
the sources of knowledge and insight, and not the cause
of ignorance and blindness. Our alienation and severance
from Thy beauty all proceed from ourselves.Deliver us from
ourselves, and accord to us intimate knowledge of Thee....

The Light #1

When we walk through narrow road
A long and winding road
We see the sky is dark
Rain in the night seems never stop
We think it is difficult to move on
Don’t think like that
We are not going anywhere
There’s nothing to reach
Just rest ourselves on the shade of tree
Let hear sound of the rain
See the ripples of water on the road
See dark night without clouds
We are going to sleep
And then the dawn will come abruptly
Morning sun rises brightly
Giving the light to everything

When we wake from sleep
We realize all that we see it’s only a dream
Where is narrow and winding road?
We still in our bed now
Smile appear in our face
Why so stupid who we are
All that we see in dream is not real
We must see everything like shadows
All the things not the seem appear
See the real one and forget the dream
Dream is darkness and Real is the Light

Don’t be deceived with external things
Sometimes memories and thoughts bother us
Maybe our heart still tempting to follow them
Sometimes it is not easy to resist
But we must surrender ourselves
Let the false light disappear
We know our weakness
Let the real Light appear within us
Let everything appear and melted
Don’t try to catch them
Don’t search inside and outside
Realize here and now
Giving the light to everything

It seems we don’t get the nectar
But we ignore all result
Let enjoy everything that appear
Sometimes we feel uneasiness and pain
Sometimes we feel please in our heart
But we don’t reject or accept
No matter what we feel
See what we feel with open eyes
We are not what we feel
Nectar or not will be the same
Never give up and trust the Light within
See the clouds in the blue sky
Nothing hinder them to appear as they are
Sun feels hot and too bright now
Just sit under tree again
Let’s enjoy seeing the flower beside the road

We still feel doubt remain in our heart
Maybe we have already try with honest
We always feel the same
All that we have done look in vain
We always trapped in the same place
Never regret about that
We are human and only human
Weakness always be part of us
Never regret cause nothing to be regretted
Just accept everything and be kind
We loose our hope to the light of the sun
We believe and relying ourselves to the Light within
Let the Light within will shine
Actually no within and without
There’s Light and nothing but Light

Allah is the Light of the heavens and the earth.
The Parable of His Light is as if there were a Niche and
within it a Lamp: the Lamp enclosed in Glass: the glass as
it were a brilliant star: Lit from a blessed Tree,
an Olive, neither of the east nor of the west,
whose oil is well-nigh luminous, though fire scarce touched it:
Light upon Light!
Allah doth guide whom He will to His Light:
Allah doth set forth Parables for men: and Allah doth know all things.
